I have been searching for this certain book for a VERY long time now. I am almost positive it was a Little Golden Book. Unfortunately I'm not sure of the title, although I think it is something like "Maude and the Moon Man" The premise of the book is that a little girl convinces her brother that there is a man in the moon by cutting out and silohette of herself and taping to the end of his telescope so when he looks at the moon, he sees a person's outline. It's been over 20 years since I've seen the book and just remember reading it as a child. This is what I remember of the story although it could be off so if it in ANY WAY rings a bell with ANYONE, I'd really appreciate your help!
