I'm hoping someone might be able to help me...

I am in search of a book that I read as a child that I am 90% sure was a Golden Book. My mother "lent" my Golden Books collection to a family member and the lending continued and the books were somehow given away. Anyway, the story is about a little girl that has a teddy bear. Then, for her birthday she gets a spiffy new white rabbit. The bear is so sad that he wanders into the bathroom and dumps powder on himself to try to pass as the bunny. Ring any bells??
