I am looking for a childrens book from the 1950's about a little boy helping mother bake a cake...goes through breaking eggs, stirring, etc...about 14 pages long....ring a bell with anyone? Would like to purchase if I can find it...Mary Ann

Was the cake blue? I am looking for a book in which I thought Raggedy Ann and Marcella made a blue cake. Could this possibly be it or are you sure it was a little boy? Anyway, maybe I'm wrong if the cake was blue. Please let me know.....thank you.
