I have someone looking for a childhood treasure of theirs but they cannot recall the name of this Golden Book.

All I was really told was that there was a bear (I believe a koala bear specifically) who was on the beach or around some body of water and saw tadpoles and/or sea anemones.

I have no idea which book it could be and even though age of Golden Books can somewhat be irrelevant, this person probably read it in the early 1990's (if that helps).

If there is a match or a few that sound like they match this story please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.
