I believe this was a Little Golden Book I just remember that it was either a child or an animal maybe a kitten who is taken to a toy store and she's allowed to pick out whichever toy she wanted. I think she picks one and it was on the top shelf of the store. Not much to go off of, I'm sorry but its driving me crazy and I would really like to find it or at least know what it looks like. I feel like Hello Kitten might be it but I can't seem to find an image of it to know for sure.
