Hi, I'm looking for a book from my childhood - like so many others. This book was about a lion cub who was always grumpy and short with people, and in the end starts being pleasant. I THINK it was called Crosspatch. (Or the lion's name was Crosspatch.)

It was the first book I remember reading that changed how I felt about things and my attitude in general. My 7 year old really needs to read this book. lol

I am pretty certain that it was a Little Golden Book., but can't find it listed anywhere.
