Does anyone know if there is a more recently published collector's guide? The newest one I have is 2006.

Yours is the newest. The prices can be near or a little higher. It is still a great guidebook. I use them all for different things. 2000 is my favorite.

why do you think 200 is better than 2006? I think I also have the 1998 (?) I have neglected my collection for many years-thinking about getting rid of it.

All of the books are great from the golden standpoint. With this website, people are always asking about story lines or the book with the two goats on the cover. Most questions involve other book lines rather than golden so I use that one to search all the childrens books. I use everyone at sometime or another to do research.
