I am looking for this book. Pretty sure it was the 60-70s as I had it when I was little in the 70s. Its about a little boy with a wagon who picks a bunch of flowers but gives them away along the way and doesn't have any left for his mom?? I remember the artwork of the flowers in a clear bag, maybe??
