Hi--I know you posted this question over a year ago, but in case you haven't found out yet--the book is called "The Little Book", by Sherl Horvath, illustrated by Eloise Wilkin. Original c. date was 1969, LGB #583; later date was 1979, new LGB #209-3. Hope this helps!
I'm trying to locate a little golden book from my childhood but my memory is a bit fuzzy. I think there was something about a little cat is a kitten, a little branch is a twig and then at the end something about saying goodbye is adieu. I know that is not all that much information but I am really wanting to find it to share with my two little ones. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!
