I recently found four large paperback books marked A Golden Book in the upper left corner and $1.00 in the upper right corner. These are fairly large books, about 9x12, and they're in pretty good condition for paperbacks. Does anyone know anything else about these, like how many different kinds were made, the value perhaps or any else really?
ps. The ones that I came across were the gingerbread man, the animal alphabet from a to z, fifty favorite rhymes of mother goose, and cinederella and snow white and rose red.
In addition, I have The Three Bears, Jack In the Beanstalk, Little Boy Blue and Little Red Riding Hood. There value is not high because of the soft cover.. In the 2-5 dollar range I would guess.
