My mother read Little Golden Books to me so much that I learned to read at 4. I remember some lines, but not the titles. One began "Old (Mr./Dr?) Goat put on his coat and went to pay some calls." Another was a mystery of missing polka dots. The only line I remember from that was "We knew he was a detective because he wore his detective hat." The third was a book of jokes and poems. It had a poem "A flea and a fly in a flue were trapped so what could they do?" I was born in 1949, so these were probably from the early 1950's. Can anyone help? Thanks

1) Dr. Goat (Whitman Book)
2) Rootie Kazootie Detective (Little Golden Book)
3) I'm still thinking on this one. :0)

Thank you so much. Now I can look for them. I know my Mom would enjoy seeing them again.
