My daughter is almost 3 and loves the Goldne Books just as her father did when he was her age (funny how that worked out). There's one book that I had forgotten all about until recently and I believe it's "Tommy's Camping Adventure." If I remember correctly, the family is going through the woods and Tommy is always lagging behind looking at everything which is a nuisance.....until they get lost and they retrace their steps based on all the things Tommy was fascinated by during the walk. In the end he becomes the hero.
Can anybody verify if this is the same book I'm thinking of, please?
You do remember the story. He is off to entertain himself and after the family climbs high and cannot remmeber how to get back to camp...Tommmy remembers all the things he looked at and they get back and he is the hero.
