This is Theodore Mouse Goes To Sea - it is the first Little Golden Book that I read to my son when he was six weeks old (he was born in 1984) - It was one of our favorites - there is a second book with Theodoore Mouse too - can't remember the name (it's packed at home) - it's been a while since I've read it! Both were very sweet books.
The other one is called Theodore Mouse Up in the Air. I have it also and it too is a lovely book.

Help, please!!
I'm looking for a golden book that was read sometime in the 1980's. A rodent of some kind (maybe a hamster?) makes a boat and sets sail on an adventure into a big body of water. It seems like an ocean to the rodent. The overall theme is something like getting over something fearful. Ring a bell to anyone. Thanks in advance!!!
