I am needing help identifying the title of a little Golden Book I had as a little girl. This would have been in the mid 1970's. The book had a light yellow cover (I think) and was about a little girl named Mary Ann who was having her tonsils taken out and her trip to the hospital. In the story, her mother gives Mary Ann her gloves to comfort her. Please let me know if anyone knows the title of this book and how I might be able to get a copy. Thank you so much!!!
The book is titled 'Good-bye, Tonsils.' It was first published in 1966 with the second printing in 1972. It has a yellow cover, Mary Ann and mom leaves her gloves with Mary Ann for the night because she must go home to take care of her family.
