Hey there,
I'm new here so forgive me if this is the wrong way to go about looking for help.
When I was a little girl, my Grandmother used to read me this book that I adored. No one in my house can seem to remember what it was and it's beginning to drive me nuts.
The problem lies in the fact that I can only remember one part of an image from one single page, and nothing else. I don't know what the book was about, or what it was called.
The only thing that I do remember is that there was an illustration of a fair or carnival type thing and in the upper (I believe left hand) corner, there were little girls on swings.
It was a congested image and I know I would always hunt for the swings and point them out when we got to that page.
I'm 24, so whatever it was had to have been around in early to mid 80s.
I know this is basically a fruitless search, but if anyone has any idea of what it could even possibly be, I would be so grateful for any ideas offered.
