I recently found a Little Golden book at an antiques mall that was printed in Mexico in 1959. Written in Spanish, I could tell the date by the copyright notice and also, it appeared to have a statement that 30,000 copies were printed.
I didn't buy the book, intending to research it first, but the story was about a Doctor. It had a typical Little Golden book front and back.
There are many Spanish golden books. The copyrights in golden books are for the story not the publication. I have never seen a book that had how many were published in it unless it was an anniversary set with limited publication.

Is this a rarity? Thanks for any help.
