Hi,
I am looking for a little golden book, but unsure of the name of it. Hoping someone here can help out. It is about a little girl who is having a doll made that looks exactly like her. She crosses off days on the calendar over a period of time until finally the doll is ready.
I have searched ebay for this and not found it. I believe the cover had a little blonde girl sitting in a chair holding a doll that looked exactly like her, same clothing,etc... I would have owned it around 1975-1977.

There is a Wonder book titled 'The Surprise Doll' that shows a cover of a blonde girl holding up a doll that looks like her. I do not know the storyline.
